ACT Through Music is proud to announce the release of our financial assistance application.
The launch of the application aims to provide financial assistance to families that have lost loved ones to suicide. To view this application, visit the "Financial Assistance" tab located under the "Services" label on the menu toolbar. See also the link below for an easy redirection to the application.
Documents needed at time of application:
1). Copy of death certificate of loved one (a photocopy is acceptable)
2). Copy of your most recent bill that you are requesting assistance with (unless applying for groceries)
